The title 'A New Era' has been chosen to reflect the coming of age of the Crush On Hardcore project as it now stands as a major force in the hardcore scene! "Thank you for downloading Crush On Hardcore 3 'A New Era'. It is my pleasure to give something like this away for free. Without the huge amount of support this would not have been possible. I would like to thank everyone involved, and everyone who showed their support by contribute tracks for this compilation. In September 2006, we started with the project and since then it has grown and the project became a brand in the hardcore scene. With people like Darwin, Mr E and Ruffage aboard on previous volumes we received the attention we wanted. But we also surprised everyone with unknown names on the line-up. I would like to write them all down, it is the only way I can come up with to thank you. Leigh Garner, Nicholas Adam, Scott Haley, Harry Harrison, Nathan Brown, Robin Petras and Adrian Colston. Now, the critical acclaimed third installment is released and we have done what we wanted to do. The first 2 albums were loaded with mostly UK hardcore, and with this one we have put together a really different tracklisting with mostly freeform on it, some breakbeat hardcore and even some freeform from Finland! It is not that we do not like the current UK hardcore music, but we think there are enough album projects currently running with the UK hardcore sound on it. We thought it was time for something different. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this project in the past 2 years.
