After 3 years of releasing a myriad of groundbreaking dance music on its various sub-labels, Electronica Exposed became a label in its own right in 2005. The label focussed on a number of different album projects and its music policy is highly varied. Initially, Electronica Exposed concentrated on releasing unmixed compilation albums of the back catalogue of its vinyl-only sub-labels, which always included "The Complete Works" in their titles, as well as exclusive unmixed compilation albums, such as the Electronic Exclusives series which reached 20 volumes.

As Electronica Exposed progressed, the label expanded by releasing highly regarded artist albums by Penguin Conspiracy, Epyx & Cyrez, Lost Soul, Grimsoul and Firefly, and also worked in collaboration with third party record labels such as Bedlam Records, Kreatrix and Full Circle Recordings by releasing unmixed compilation albums of their catalogues. In addition, Electronica Exposed released a number of DJ mix albums such as the three volume Hardcore Anthems series, as well as several artist albums focussed on Live PAs including PAs by Carbon Based, Alek Száhala, Re-form and Digital Beatz.

All Electronica Exposed releases were pressed as limited edition CDs and are out of print. The entire Electronica Exposed catalogue was released on digital download. Each CD release listed below includes a link to the digital download release.

"I was first tipped off about Firefly a few years ago by hardcore and hard dance legend Jon Doe, and since then have watched and listened as he's grown as an artist. Favouring the freeform sound, I have had a constant stream of Firefly tracks in my inbox, continually improving in quality. I recently received a sampler pack from his forthcoming album 'Omega Point'. The pick of the bunch for me is a euphoric freeform track entitled 'Stratosfear'.
